Water Automation Technicians

Transwater is looking to hire Water Automation Technicians to assist with daily activity for installation, troubleshooting and repair of TransWatch  water automation equipment.  In this position technician travels to client frac pond and flow meter locations across the Permian and perform installs and maintenance on new and existing equipment.  Tech will also coordinate pre-install prep with hardware support team and work with management and sales teams to ensure schedules and commitments

 

Positions Pay: Competitive Rate based on related experience and/prior technical skill set

Benefits:  Truck or Truck Allowance, Performance bonus opportunities, Insurance options negotiable

Typical Hours:  7:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri (early morning, overtime and some weekends as needed)

Essential Job Functions / Daily Work:

• Perform pre-install configuration of automation equipment

• Install/maintain pond and meter monitoring systems

• Troubleshoot equipment issues

• Bring ideas for process improvement and product development

Experience needed:

• Prior oil field automation (extremely helpful)

• Modbus, Cellular & Satellite communications and Solar familiarity as plus

• Flow meter installation and operations helpful

• Good driving record

• Oil Field navigation skills
